Current Legal Issues in the Travel Industry - CFBTA April Luncheon Topic

We are pleased to announce that John Caldwell, a respected travel management consultant and travel writer, will be our distinguished speaker for the April 2009 FCBTA luncheon in Jacksonville on April 16.

The new Holiday Inn Towncenter will be our host. This new property is off of 9A between Baymeadows Road and Gate Parkway.

John Caldwell, President of the firm Caldwell Associates, has over 30 years of travel management consulting experience. He has overall responsibility for all firm projects. Mr. Caldwell is also recognized as an expert in commercial travel consulting including benchmarking and program evaluation for a high demand, complex multinational clients. A licensed attorney, Mr. Caldwell has a BA from Hamilton College and a JD from Harvard University. Caldwell is a contributing columnist for Business Travel News and a member of its Editorial Advisory Board. For 7 years he was the instructor in travel law for the NBTA CCTE course.
